Moderators:
Steve Flick - Partner, Condon O'Meara McGinty & Donnelly LLP

Steve is a member of several professional associations and has served on the Board of the HFTP Greater Philadelphia Chapter for many years. He has been published in several industly magazines and has spoken at local CMAA and HFTP chapter events, as well as the University of Delaware and Widener University. Before joining COMD in July 2012, Steve was a partner of over 30 years with Hilger Flick & Co. which provided services to private clubs and other notfor profit organizations.

Jim Hankowski - Partner, Condon O'Meara McGinty & Donnelly LLP
Jim is a member of several professional associations, serves on boards of non profit organizations and most recently served on the committee for the Universal Club Key Performance Indicators. He has been published in several industly magazines and has presented seminars on club operations to managers and controllers throughout the United States, including at the annual conferences of both the CMAA and HFTP.

Emilo Romano - Partner, Condon O'Meara McGinty & Donnelly LLP
Emilio is a member of several professional associations. His prime responsibilities and areas of expertise include accounting, auditing and system reviews. He has assisted in presentations on club operations to controllers in the New York City metropolitan area. 

While the discussion will focus on industry-related topics, we'd also like to spend some time talking about HFTP and get feedback on what you'd like to see from your chapter. We are here for YOU!
